This three session course will focus on the HOME Underwriting/Subsidy Layering requirements. The course is based upon the latest guidance from HUD on how to conduct underwriting and subsidy layering for homebuyer and rental development projects. This course is appropriate for anyone who works with IDIS.
At least 1 year of experience with HOME is recommended for this course. Participants without one year of experience will be required to view NCDA's HOME Primer prior to the course. Complimentary registration for the HOME Primer is provided free with paid registration for the HOME Underwriting Primer.
