The National Community Development Association (NCDA) invites your organization to sponsor NCDA’s 2025 Annual Conference, to be held in Salt Lake City, Utah on June 11-13, 2025, with pre-conference training on June 10, and NCDA's Leadership Institute on June 9-10.

NCDA's Annual Meeting will take place at the Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City, UTMembers can book their rooms directly with the hotel at the link below. The nightly rate is $189 for a Garden Room and $239 for a Tower Room (where the meetings are held) plus 15.95% tax. The destination fee is waived. Attendees will provide a credit card at the time of booking which will guarantee the reservation. The reservation comes with a 24 hour cancellation period from the time of arrival. If you cancel after the 24 hour period, you will be responsible to pay one night's rate plus tax. The room block will be available till May 23 unless we sell out before that date. The hotel will extend the rate 3 days before and after the conference. Tables/booths must be torn down no later than noon on June 13. Gold sponsors (on a first-come, first-served basis) will have first selection of placement of their exhibit table. Advertisement SpecsJim Welfley will follow-up with you regarding the advertising specs as the conference nears.
Shipping & MarketingThe hotel may have requirements regarding the size, weight, and storage duration of exhibitor packages sent to the hotel. More information will be provided when it becomes available.
