    The course focuses on Advanced CDBG concepts & management. Senior staff, new managers and experienced managers wishing to stimulate new ideas can benefit from the course. It is highly recommended that registrants have at least 3 years of CDBG experience before taking this course. People with less than that should take NCDA's CDBG Basics course first.

    If you intend to bring a guest to the conference (significant other, friend, relative, etc.), select this option.

    A charge will apply if you would like them to participate in conference supplied breakfasts and evening events. The charge will be determined based on actual per plate costs to attend.

    If you select the option to bring a guest, you will be contacted at a later date with the fee for the guest to attend, and you may accept or decline the option to bring a guest at that time. Please bear in mind that space at all events is limited, and priority will be given to registered conference attendees.

Cancellations, No-shows, Late Fees & Substitutions

Cancelations 

All cancellations must be made by emailing NCDA Staff.  

  • Cancelations made through April 30 will be refunded 100%
  • Cancelations made May 1 - May 16 will be refunded 50%
  • Cancelations made after May 16 will not be refunded.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the registration fee.

You may substitute another person for a paid registration at any time up to the Friday before the conference without additional charge by emailing NCDA Staff.


Advance Payment Required

Participants are encouraged to pay by Credit Card if possible. A 3% convenience fee applies to all credit card transactions. Registrants may not be allowed into the conference if their registration fee has not been paid in full by June 10, 2025. Please contact [email protected] to discuss any payments that cannot be issued prior to conference start.

Conference Location & Hotel

Hotel Information and booking link for NCDA's Annual Meeting will be available in the confirmation email after registering. For planning purposes, the nightly rate is $189 for a Garden Room and $239 for a Tower Room (where the meetings are held), plus 16.32% tax. The destination fee is waived. Attendees will provide a credit card at the time of booking which will guarantee the reservation. The reservation comes with a 24 hour cancellation period from the time of arrival. If you cancel after the 24 hour period, you will be responsible to pay one night's rate plus tax. The room block will be available till May 23 unless we sell out before that date. The hotel will extend the rate 3 days before and after the conference.
