Group Discount - You are encouraged to invite the future leaders on your staff to participate in this great experience! NCDA provides early-career professionals and emerging leaders with the tools they need to build their skills. As an added bonus, register yourself and at least  three of your colleagues together on this form for a 15% discount off your registration fees. The discount will automatically be taken on registrations on this form of 4 or more people. To take advantage, complete the information for the first attendee. Just above the Billing section is a blue button labeled "Add Another Registrant". Click it to complete the information for the 2nd attendee. Repeat the process until all attendees have been added, then continue to the billing section. (Note that the group discount applies during early and general registration only. No discounts are available during late registration.)

Registration will close on May 17, 2024 at 5pm (EDT), or earlier if capacity is reached before that date.

TIP - Registering for another person or persons? Put the Registrant's email in the Registrant section and your email in the Billing Information section email box below. That way you'll both get confirmation messages and they will get conference information messages.

Cancellations made after May 17, 2024 will be charged 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations must be made by emailing NCDA Staff.  No-shows will be charged 100% of the registration fee. 

You may substitute another person for a paid registration at any time up to the Friday before the conference without additional charge by emailing NCDA Staff.

Advance Payment Required

Participants are encouraged to pay by Credit Card if possible. A 3% convenience fee applies to all credit card transactions. Cancellations made after May 17, 2024 will be charged 50% of the registration fee.  Registrants may not be allowed into the conference if their registration fee has not been paid in full by June 11, 2024. Please contact [email protected] to discuss any payments that cannot be issued prior to conference start.

Conference Location & Hotel

Hotel Information and booking link for NCDA's Annual Meeting will be available in the confirmation email after registering. For planning purposes, the nightly rate is $309 plus 15.95% tax. The destination fee is waived. Attendees will provide a credit card at the time of booking which will guarantee the reservation. The reservation comes with a 24 hour cancellation period from the time of arrival. If you cancel after the 24 hour period, you will be responsible to pay one night's rate plus tax. The room block will be available till May 10 unless we sell out before that date. The hotel will extend the rate 2 days before and after the conference.

Air Travel

Boston Logan Airport is minutes away from the conference hotel. The airport is served by a wide variety of airlines, and there are many ground transportation options, including plentiful taxis, ride shares, and shuttles. Find more information here: https://www.massport.com/logan-airport

Registrations within two weeks of the course start date must be paid with a credit card.
