Cancellations, No-shows, Late Fees & Substitutions

Cancellations made after May 17, 2024 will be charged 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations must be made by emailing NCDA Staff.  No-shows will be charged 100% of the registration fee. 

You may substitute another person for a paid registration at any time up to the Friday before the conference without additional charge by emailing NCDA Staff.


Advance Payment Required

Participants are encouraged to pay by Credit Card if possible. A 3% convenience fee applies to all credit card transactions. Cancellations made after May 17, 2024 will be charged 50% of the registration fee.  Registrants may not be allowed into the conference if their registration fee has not been paid in full by June 11, 2024. Please contact [email protected] to discuss any payments that cannot be issued prior to conference start.


Conference Location & Hotel

Hotel Information and booking link for NCDA's Annual Meeting will be available in the confirmation email after registering. For planning purposes, the nightly rate is $309 plus 15.95% tax. The destination fee is waived. Attendees will provide a credit card at the time of booking which will guarantee the reservation. The reservation comes with a 24 hour cancellation period from the time of arrival. If you cancel after the 24 hour period, you will be responsible to pay one night's rate plus tax. The room block will be available till May 10 unless we sell out before that date. The hotel will extend the rate 2 days before and after the conference.
